The Albertis are Italian Twins from Manchester and former Cast Members of Reality TV Show ‘Love Island’ on ITV2, Twin TV cooks, cooking around the world on TV as well as Authors of ‘Twintastico Italian Cooking At Home With The Alberti Twins’.

Coming from a family hailing from the Garfagnana region of Tuscany, Italy near Lucca, they grew up around food, learning authentic traditional Italian cuisine passed down through generations from their parents and nonna. Through spending every Summer growing up in Italy, on the farm where their family live, they saw first hand how food went from farm to table. Through making homemade cheeses, bread, pasta and sauces.
