Born and raised in the southern United States to a Thai father and American mother, Dylan Eitharong founded "HAAWM" during the pandemic after relocating to Bangkok to immerse himself in Thai culture and cuisine and rediscover the roots his father left behind.

Always authentic but almost never traditional, "HAAWM" serves deeply personal, irreverent Thai flavours out of the bottom floor of his aunt's former townhouse in the suburbs of Bangkok. Dylan is a vocal advocate for equality, using his cooking as a platform to spark conversations about race, social class, and immigration, and the power of food to transcend all three.
