Dominique Leach is a Chicago-born, classically trained chef and award-winning pitmaster known for her bold approach to barbecue. She trained in some of Chicago’s top kitchens, working alongside acclaimed chefs including Tony Mantuano, Sarah Grueneberg, and Raghavan Lyer.

Inspired by her Mississippi roots, she co-founded “Lexington Betty", which grew from a food truck into “Lexington Betty Smokehouse" in Chicago's historic Pullman neighbourhood.

Leach gained international recognition after winning BBQ Brawl with Bobby Flay in 2023, with additional appearances on “Chopped and Fire Masters”. She has been named “Best Barbecue in Chicago” by Good Morning America and continues to expand her global presence through food festivals and brand partnerships.
