Chef Arbinder Dugal is a highly experienced chef with a diverse background across Indian, European, and modern British cuisine. He trained in India before building his career in the UK, working across leading restaurants and luxury hospitality brands.

He has held key roles including Head Chef with Atul Kochhar and Executive Head Chef at Madhu’s, overseeing both restaurant and large-scale catering operations. A Roux Scholarship finalist and a semi-finalist on MasterChef: The Professionals. Arbinder has earned recognition for both skill and consistency. His experience spans fine dining, banqueting, and high-profile events, including a royal charity event at Buckingham Palace.He has also appeared on BBC’s Chefs on Trial and other culinary platforms. Currently, he leads a private dining venture, creating bespoke culinary experiences across homes, villas, and yachts.
